Articles contained in a single box to improve organization

Because articles have become an important part of the RGE forum, I believe that it deserves its own box on the forum rather than being located under the getting started box. This will allow for members to find the articles more easily rather than having to scavenge around for articles to read in the getting started section. The box can also be used for advice on deck ideas, examples of things they read in an article that might have happened to them when dueling on dn, etc. This section will be meant to further develop our members understanding for things they might not have previously understood about the game. Also, for every knowledgeable article a member writes, I think it would be cool if that member received an award of 100 rg for their hard work. In my book a knowledgeable article is one where at least three members comment on the article with something that they learned from it. I hope this program will continue to further develop, and become a defining characteristic of RGE. Also, a member should not be allowed to write more than 2 articles per week, to ensure that everyone is able to read every article, rather than having a whole cluster of articles for fellow members to read.
